From North or South: Take GSP exit 117 and bear left. Follow signs for Route 36 South (Keyport). Proceed approx. 11 miles. Take U-Turn onto Route 36 North. Take quick right into community and follow signs to Visitor Center.

Directions:
From the North: Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 91. Follow Lanes Mills Road to right turn onto Joe Parker Road. Make a left into the community and the next right. Follow Visitors Center sign.
From the South: Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 90. Make the first Jughandle and at the light turn left. Go through 2 traffic lights. Turn left onto Joe Parker Road. Make a left into the community and the next right. Follow Visitors Center sign.
Directions:
From Garden State Parkway South, Exit 50 New Gretna go 5.1 miles North on Route 9 through one light. At second light turn right onto Mathistown Road, make first left onto Penny Lane. Sales office on left.
From Garden State Parkway North, Exit 58 Tuckerton, go left off exit. Follow 539 South. Go through two light, at third light make right onto 9 South (3.5 miles). Follow Route 9 South, go through 2 lights (2.4 miles). At third light make a left onto Mathistown Road. Make first left onto Penny Lane. Sales office on left.

Follow directions to Winding Run instead of making a left onto Penny Lane stay straight on Mathistown Road for 1.4 miles to Radio road (light). Make a left at Radio road, go .2 miles to Country Club Blvd. Make a right (this is before Seaport Center and directly after Senior Center). Go straight 1 mile to Waters Edge, also may make right .8 miles onto Overlook Drive and go to end of Cul-De-Sac. WATERS EDGE has 2 entrances, 1 mile up Country Club Blvd. and end of Overlook Drive.

From the GSP or Route 287, take Route 80 West to exit 30. Proceed North (right turn) on Howard Blvd. to Ridgeview Rd. 2 miles on left.

Directions:
Garden State Parkway (north or south) to Exit 63 onto Route 72 "East" toward Long Beach Island. At first traffic light (Doc Cramer Blvd.) make right hand turn, proceed to Stop Sign (New Washington Road) make right hand turn, proceed to first street on Left (Doc Cramer Blvd. again) and make left hand turn. Drive past shopping center on right 1/4 mile to Ethan Boulevard on right into "The Landings". Sales center and models are at the end of Ethan Boulevard straight ahead.
